Incentive Awards are available for Oregon Green Schools
Oregon Green Schools Association is offering ten
$300 awards in 2007-2008 to encourage Oregon schools to become certified
Green Schools. A school may receive a grant to become a Green School once
every
6 years. You may, however, receive a grant to certify as Green, and next
year receive a grant to move up to Merit or Premier without waiting the
6 years. Check with your coordinator if you are not sure if you qualify.
New this year is a choice of $300, a Worm Bin package, Zero Waste lunch
kits, and Living Wise action kits!
