Call for Exhibitors

Monday, April 9th, 2012 (8:00 am - 3pm)
We invite you to join teachers and students
from schools across the state at the 2012 Oregon Green Schools Summit. This
annual conference provides an opportunity to showcase your program, educational
resources or products that could assist schools with their waste reduction
and resource conservation activities.
Approximately 300 summit attendees will
have access to the exhibit hall periodically throughout the day, including
viewing from 8:15-9am and from 11:15-12:05. The final exhibit hall session
will be from 12:45pm-1:00 pm, after which you may pack up your materials.
Exhibitor set-up starts at 7:30 am.
Cost for one 8-foot table in the exhibit
hall is $50 for businesses and $25 for non-profit organizations and government
agencies. If you need electricity, there is a $25 outlet fee. Space is
limited this year, so spaces will be filled on a "first-come, first-served"
basis. The fee includes admission
to the summit and continental breakfast.
Registration Deadline: Friday, February
17, 2011. Once your check and registration form have been received, directions
